Built by Pump Operators, for Pump Operators
In 2019, our founder Marcus Chen was managing a fleet of 50 concrete pumps across three locations. Every day was the same struggle: endless phone calls, scheduling conflicts, double-bookings, and mountains of paperwork.
He tried every generic fleet management tool on the market, but none understood the unique needs of concrete pumping operations—boom reach specifications, pour scheduling, driver certifications, and the fast-paced nature of construction sites.
So he teamed up with Sarah Martinez, a construction technology veteran, to build Concretex360—a platform designed specifically for the concrete pumping industry.
In 2024, we launched our driver mobile app, giving pump operators the tools they need right in their pockets—real-time status updates, timesheets, issue reporting, and GPS navigation. Today, we serve over 500 companies, manage 2,400+ pumps, and have scheduled more than 15 million jobs.
